At Oscar Furniture, we want you to love your home. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a comprehensive refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our specialized white-glove logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time for curbside or in-home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
